A specialist motorcycle breakdown service has been arranged with Call Assist to provide excellent cover at extremely competitive prices. As soon as your call is received their team of experts will take down your bike details and then arrange for a motorcycle recovery specialist to attend. They aim to provide UK roadside assistance within 30 minutes of your call. There are three levels of cover available.
Blue Cover. - Roadside Assistance
In the case of UK roadside breakdown Call assist will aim to have a recovery vehicle to you in 30 minutes. They will ring you back to confirm details of the recovery specialist attending. They will attempt to repair the bike at the scene . If that is not possible transport you, your pillion and bike back to either their garage, your home or your original destination anywhere in the UK & Northern Island. In certain circumstances they may be able to provide overnight accommodation or alternative transport.
Indigo Cover - Roadside plus home assist
Blue cover as above plus home assistance.
Violet Cover - Includes European Travel
Blue and indigo cover plus European use.
Optional Cover - Accident, theft, illness
If you are involved in an accident and your bike cannot be ridden, we will recover your bike to the nearest garage and assist you with alternative transport to the value of £250 (£1.000 in Europe) on a pay and claim.
Your bike will be recovered if it is immobilised following theft or vandalism.
If you cannot ride due to illness or personal injury and no one else is able to ride your bike, a replacement rider or transportation will be provided to take you home.
Optional cover also includes ferry and toll fees within the confines of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland in any of the above situations.

| Breakdown less than one mile from home unless Home Assist is chosen. |
| Overloading. |
| Ferry & Toll charges outside mainland UK. |
| False or fraudulent claims. |
| The cost of parts, components or materials. |
| Fines and penalties imposed by courts. |
